Fire Roasted Tomato Ravioli Bake

I am all about simple recipes, especially when it calls for less than 5 ingredients. This gem from Betty Crocker is a keeper! I am usually pretty skeptical when it comes to recipes with so few ingredients, but this one has all of the flavor you need. Ready? Let’s get started!

Fire Roasted Tomato Ravioli Bake

1 bag (25 oz) frozen cheese-filled ravioli

1 can (18 oz) Progresso Recipe Starters fire roasted tomato cooking sauce

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Cook the ravioli as directed on the package. Drain.

Spray a 9×13 glass baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange the cooked ravioli in the baking dish.

In the saucepan that you used to cook the ravioli, heat the cooking sauce until boiling. Pour the sauce over the ravioli.

Sprinkle the cheese on top.

Bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

CHEESY RAVIOLI-Y GOODNESS! Now it’s time for my favorite part of cooking—eating! I still can’t believe this cheesy miracle happened using only 3 ingredients. That is what I call cheap eats! Enjoy!!

You can totally make this go even further with different kinds of toppings (olives, banana peppers, onions, etc.)
