Two Timin’ Pasta Bake

First of all, I want to give recipe credit to the “Pearls, Handcuffs, and Happy Hour” blog. This recipe has become a regular in our kitchen, especially on Meatless Monday! It is SO YUMMY and it will make your other recipes jealous! I also love that it is very simple and quick to make. It calls for simple ingredients that some folks may keep on hand. I cannot keep you waiting any longer!

Ingredients:

1 jar alfredo sauce

1 jar spaghetti sauce

1 box of your favorite pasta (it’s great with penne!)

1 bag (2 cups) of shredded cheese

1 cup parmesan cheese

I used these sauces. I usually just get whatever is on sale. You can use whatever brand you like! For you big spenders, you might like the Classico brand of sauces!

First, preheat the oven to 350. Cook the pasta according to the directions on the box. While that is cooking, combine the two sauces in a large bowl.

I love how this looks like a heart :-)

After mixing, It should look something like this.

Next, take the bag of cheese and mix it in.

When the pasta is done, drain it and add it to the sauce bowl. Be sure that the pasta is coated nicely!

Ohhh yeah! That’s the stuff!

Now that your dish is ready to go, add it to a 9×13 baking dish.

I’d like to thank my hubby for helping while I take photos :-)

Lookin’ good! Now put that sucker into the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes. After that is done, add the parmesan cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.

AWESOME!! Now you are ready to experience heaven straight from your kitchen. It is even better with a good slice of garlic bread and a side salad. It’s like having Olive Garden right in your home without spending a fortune! Happy eating!
